Do you feel it? The unrest at the seat of all you are. Although your soul may be unwavering, there’s an undeniable shift in all you thought you knew. Your spirit senses change on the horizon – the frequencies rise and fall in an erratic tempo.

It’s in all of us. The unshakeable essence of our being recognizes change is inevitable. How do we confront this fluctuation of our senses?

There are those that run. In all possible ways. Some may take off in a sprint. Others may freeze. Body, mind, and emotions – Their senses run amok, completely disconnected from their resolute core.

There are those that remain steadfast. Patience through and through, they recognize stability is inherent in their being and they will not be moved. They accept the changes in the tide and ride the waves in fascination.

Those that take off and sprint in body and mind – they run from what is. They come unhinged and disconnect from their souls’ knowing due to fear of change. They are in a constant state of motion. The waves thrash them around to the point of extreme discontent. Their souls attempt to reign them in, but the fear is much too powerful. Courage cannot be found. The heart of their being is lost as the connection with the soul becomes disengaged.

The steadfast just know. They hold firm in their soul’s whisperings. They bend like bamboo and flow like water.

The fearful grip and grasp and gasp for breath. Their lack of knowing – of self they deny. Besieged with old neurological patterns they drown in the chaos of unknown frequencies.

It is in the awareness of self where peace is found. It is in the unflappable conviction that one’s soul is connected to that which stirs the essence of all that exists. It is here – in the knowing – that serenity becomes manifest.
